This will help you maintain convenient and reliable contact with individuals in China and back home. The SIM card enables worry-free communication for both you and your family throughout your medical journey.


  • Entertainment and Wi-Fi Services

   We provide international internet services, ensuring you enjoy smooth online connectivity while in China. This allows you to stay closely connected with loved ones back home. Combined with the provided SIM card, you can effortlessly communicate with family and friends, no matter where you are.


  • Catering Services

   Nutrition and diet play a vital role in the recovery process. We offer diverse dining options tailored to your cultural background and daily dietary preferences. You can savor authentic Sichuan cuisine, and we also respect and accommodate your special dietary needs. Additionally, we provide professional nutritional consultation and meal-ordering services.


  • Housekeeping Services

   Room Cleaning: The HICS-PANEE team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your room and personal belongings. Should you have any questions or specific requests regarding cleaning services, please feel free to inform our nursing staff. Cleaning services are available daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We provide bed space in the ward for up to two accompanying family members. If you require hotel reservations, we can assist with that as well. Considering Sichuan's subtropical monsoon and highland climate, we offer clothing purchase and rental services during rainy or cold weather, ensuring you and your family remain warm and comfortable.

   For your safety and convenience, a nurse call button is installed beside your bed, enabling 24-hour direct contact with our nursing staff and interpretation assistants. An additional call button is located in the bathroom. Should you require assistance, feel free to use the call system. Our nurses and medical assistants are always ready to serve you.


  • Services on shopping, meal ordering, and other daily necessities

   Our patient support includes: Multilingual Interpretation Services, Accompanied Medical Visits, Daily Consultation and Assistance, Document-Related Services.

  • Safety Measures

   Your safety is our top priority. Our security team conducts regular patrols and monitors public areas 24/7 using CCTV to ensure the hospital remains a safe environment. If you feel uneasy or notice anything unusual, please inform our ward staff immediately.


  • Fire Safety

   Our hospital is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. In case of a fire, alarms will sound on all floors. If a fire occurs in your ward, please call extension XXX, leave the room, and close the door behind you to contain the fire and reduce smoke spread. Stay calm and await further instructions from ward staff.
